So Chad was fine 20 grand for his $1 joke during a replay. Normally I don't mind Chad's joking around, and I didn't in this case either. But I think the NFL was right in fining Ocho for the joke. Coming off a MLB World Series where umpiring decisions were under the microscope at every turn, and in light of the ongoing Tim Donaghy/Crooked NBA Officials scandal, the NFL had to come down hard on ANY referances that officials weren't on the up n up. So Chad had to take the fine, and if a hat is passed to pay the fine for him, I'd chip in a buck.
